In Z County, X Prefecture, where an accident at a chemical factory has polluted everything - while any other habitant is in despair giving up production activities, a guy, whose name is Kanto, and his best friend Cameo invent the first-ever-in-history video supply device "Form Scope". However, this machine has a disastrous side effect, with the component of a meteor used in it. What will the Scope record, and what will it leave in people's hearts? For what, for whom a video is recorded? What's a "movie"? In a parallel world in 21st century, Kanto and Cameo get to know their relations through creating movies.
